The topic of this week’s photo challenge is STREET. Going back through my photos to find an appropriate STREET (and one I’ve not already posted), produced some shots from our move from the West to the East Coast. We spent a night in Indiana, home to the University of Notre Dame. A more beautiful campus I cannot imagine.
Streets of all knowledge
The spirit here will change you
Road to mindfulness
Driving along through the hallowed halls and gardens to find just the right area to park.
We began our walk here.
No walk would be complete without visiting the stadium, and this statue of Knute Rockne.
Across from and overlooking the stadium is …. “Touchdown Jesus!”
Way too many photos to choose from, hope you enjoyed these few memories with me.
Thanks to the lovely ladies who created this challenge:
Cathy from Nanacathydotcom
Jane from Rainbowjunkiecorner
Melissa from The Aran Artisan
Sandra from Wild Daffodil
Linking up with Ronovan’s Weekly Haiku Challenge! This week’s prompts were MIND and CHANGE.
Lovely street scenes.

Thank you! (It appears I’ve strayed a bit from the subject matter, though, doesn’t it. 😉 )

Thank you! I’m also completely ready for autumn. Tired of all the heat, this summer was brutal, eh? But lovely tonight, we’re all having a nice peaceful evening with windows open and nice cool breeze. Hope your weather is calming down, too.

Windows open? Not here, neither today nor tomorrow. Still high humidity & maybe a few drops of rain (desperately needed). Cold front arrives after midnight Sunday. Then we’ll think about opening things up. Enjoy your weather!

Oh gosh, I do struggle with the humidity, but at least we had some rain today and it did cool off some. You’ve had it even worse than here 😦 Hang in there Del!

I’m hanging in, thanks to the air con, but thank you for ther kind thoughts! Yes, we’ve had some clouds around, and they can definitely help… when they’re not also raising humidity levels (all to often😦). How many sleeps until your vacation?!
