Sunday Sevens – Week 44 – Week 1 for me

Hi everyone, I am joining up with Sunday Sevens, started by Natalie at threads and bobbins. The “rules” are essentially this, “One photo taken per day of the week.  That photo must portray a little bit of your life.  It might be sewing, baking, reading….but it can also be other things too!” You can check it out for yourself here: http://threadsandbobbins.com/2014/09/12/new-link-up-sunday-sevens/

Hoping to diligently snap something every day to compile my little weekly list.

So without further ado, we begin!

Sunday. On our way home from visiting cousins in Pennsylvania, we stopped at the annual Kutztown Folk Festival. Sheep shearing, farm animals, handmade wares of all kinds, beautiful quilts, and a set of cherry wood salad servers that called out to me.

Monday: Book donated to library …. just starting it. You might guess that it’s a mystery. It involves a missing twin, the remaining twin, and a scary old mansion on the border of England and Wales.

Tuesday: Ducks on the Erie Canal, Pittsford NY (near Pittsford Dairy – the best ice cream in the world!)

Wednesday: Neighborhood farmer’s market every Wednesday – ready for salad. Sugar snap peas!

Thursday: Making use of the farmer’s market haul, and festival servers.

Friday: Clearing the rug for vacuuming. Apparently Frieda was not yet ready to give up her chair….

Have a great week!

  2. You must let me know how you enjoy ‘A Dark Dividing’. I’m looking for books to load on to my Kindle to take on holiday later in the summer and I see this has some good reviews on Amazon.
